Key Responsibilities

• Lead agile development teams and facilitate delivery in an Agile environment
• Utilize project management tools like Azure DevOps for advanced scrum team analytics
• Manage and support Scrum processes within a large enterprise context

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
• At least 15 years of total experience in a project environment
• Active CSM Certification; SAFe Scrum Master certification preferred
• Significant experience in leading agile teams in large enterprises
• Experience with strategic communication and execution is a plus
