Certified Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the quality and effectiveness of revenue cycle processes and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Develop and monitor quality assurance standards, conduct audits, and implement corrective action plans
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on revenue cycle performance, driving process improvements and operational excellence


Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Certification as a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 180 days of hire
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare management or related experience, or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes and quality improvement methodologies
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
