Engage patients by scheduling appointments and educating them on their insurance plans
Assist with medication refills and fulfill requests for patient charts and clinical information
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in a health plan or large provider practice
Knowledge of Medicare, Commercial, and Medicaid Risk Adjustment programs
Certified Risk Adjustment Coder Certification
Experience with electronic medical records and medical terminology
