Job Summary

A company is looking for an HCC Risk Adjustment Coder (Clinical Operations Specialist).

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical records and assist clients with backlog and larger chart page counts
• Maintain training course material for medical record abstraction and data entry
• Monitor and maintain accuracy scores in coding projects while providing coaching and feedback

Required Qualifications

• Current Coding Certification (CPC, CPC-P, CPC-H, CPC-I, CRC, CCS) through AAPC and/or AHIMA
• Minimum of 3 years coding experience with knowledge of Medicare and Commercial Risk Adjustment
• Preferred experience in facility coding (OPPS/IPPS) and Health Plan Risk Adjustment Data Validation Audit (RADV)
