Job Summary

A company is looking for a Rural Health Clinic Coding Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct coding activities, including staffing and performance evaluations
• Assist in creating and delivering educational materials related to coding
• Monitor coding goals and workflow, conducting audits and ensuring compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of coding experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Current professional certification (CPC, CPMA, CCS, RHIA, or RHIT)
• Knowledge of medical record content and electronic medical records (EMRs)
