Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor-Coding & Documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities within the coding and documentation department
• Ensure productivity and financial goals are met for individual employees and the Revenue Cycle team
• Lead and coordinate departmental personnel effectively

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience of at least 3 years in financial and medical billing/coding
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred
• Minimum of three years of financial, medical billing, or coding experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role
• Certification in CPC, CCS, CCP, CCA, RHIT, or RHIA required
• High energy and goal-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills
