Create and manage the coding education program for staff and stakeholders
Monitor coding quality, provide feedback, and develop educational plans based on identified needs
Maintain knowledge of coding regulations and update staff on changes
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
AAPC Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or AHIMA Certified Coding Specialist-Physician (CCS-P) credential
Minimum of five years of multi-specialty coding experience
Preferred knowledge in OBGYN, Ophthalmology, and Surgery
Previous teaching and/or training experience is desired
