Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outpatient Facility Coding Auditor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient coding audits to ensure compliance with coding principles and identify potential billing issues
• Educate clients on coding guidelines and maintain detailed documentation of audit findings
• Assist in developing executive summary reports and training materials related to coding audits

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of outpatient facility coding experience
• 3+ years of auditing experience
• Advanced knowledge of medical coding and billing systems
• High School Diploma or GED
• Current certification such as CPC, CCS, RHIA, or RHIT
