Assign correct principal and secondary diagnoses and procedure codes while ensuring accurate sequencing
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and track productivity in specified systems
Required Qualifications
Successful completion of an AAPC or AHIMA-approved Coding Certificate Program
A minimum of two to four years of current production coding experience in acute care
Must possess relevant certifications such as CPC, COC, CIC, RHIA, RHIT, CCS, and/or CCS-P
Two years of EPIC experience required
Two years of Profee experience required
