Job Summary of Cash Collection Person:

Offering excellent customer service and maintaining efficient store operations are central to the role of the Cash Collection Person at Goodwill. Duties encompass assisting customers in their shopping experience, processing transactions accurately, and sustaining a clean and well-maintained retail environment.

Responsibilities of Cash Collection Person:
• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries or locating items.
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.
• Cash Collection Person major duties include maintaining cleanliness of sales floor, receiving incoming donations and issuing receipts, greet and assist donors/customers
• Cash Collection Person duties include ringing up all sales transactions, operating cash register, greeting and assisting customers/donors.
