Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of reports and ensure compliance with client specifications
• Provide support for quality assurance questions and assist in resolving customer complaints
• Ensure adherence to federal and state mandates while promoting efficient utilization of company resources

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• A minimum of two years of clinical or related field experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly claims management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operation
