Job Summary

A company is looking for a Margin Manager for Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze investor rate sheets and update internal pricing models daily
• Manage product-specific and investor-specific margins based on market trends
• Collaborate with various teams to execute pricing strategies and maintain compliance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in Capital Markets, Secondary Marketing, or Pricing in the mortgage industry
• Strong understanding of non-QM mortgage products and investor guidelines
• Proficiency in pricing engines such as Optimal Blue or MCT preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• Strong Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis
