Capacity Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst in Capacity Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and educate users on application usage and prepare training materials
• Create and run reports, documenting and analyzing business processes for improvements
• Develop and execute user acceptance testing plans and communicate project status to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems preferred, or equivalent experience accepted
• 2-3 years of experience in information technology with business or clinical systems
• Experience providing training and support to end users
• Class D Passenger Vehicle Driver's License preferred
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements
