Candidate Support Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Candidate Support Agent responsible for assisting prospective employees with inquiries and directing them to the appropriate contacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field all inbound calls and e-mails, directing them to the appropriate recipients
  • Participate in ongoing training and assist in training new employees
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or relevant work experience
  • Prior Contact Center experience is required
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday with flexibility for weekends
  • One year of professional customer service experience is preferred
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined
