Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Specialist with experience in a high-volume contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls promptly and courteously
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
• Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in online logs

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center
• Proven history of job stability with a minimum of 1 year in each prior position
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Willingness to work any shift between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, including weekends and holidays if required
