A company is looking for a Call Center Representative II to handle client/customer inquiries and requests remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responds to a high volume of client/customer inquiries and requests over the phone
• Determines root causes and resolves client/customer issues, coordinating with internal departments as needed
• Enters semi-routine client/customer updates into the appropriate system
