California Managed Care Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Operations Specialist to manage contract installation and administration remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the intake and assist with various projects related to contract operations
• Communicate with Care Delivery Organizations and providers to process and distribute contract documents
• Conduct training for internal teams on relevant systems and audit contract loads for quality adherence

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of experience in a California Managed Care environment or related healthcare industry
• Experience with healthcare claims and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, during normal business hours with potential for overtime
