Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Care Technician to provide medical guidance and support to clients through a live chat function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to live chats from clients regarding their pets' concerns and provide relevant medical guidance
• Gather patient history and triage information to assess needs and document client interactions
• Assist with administrative queries related to billing and other topics as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted license to practice as a credentialed veterinary technician
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a credentialed veterinary technician in a clinical setting
• Availability to work 20 - 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-discipline and accountability
• Comfort with technology and communicating effectively via text/chat messaging
