Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative Inside Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with prospective participants, caregivers, and outreach associates to assist with enrollment
• Support inbound campaigns by answering questions and educating prospective participants about PACE services
• Make outbound calls to interested prospective participants and manage follow-up leads effectively

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred or two years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of one year of experience in tele sales, customer service sales, Medicare, or PACE sales preferred
• Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce
• Medicare Advantage or PACE experience preferred
• Medi-Cal knowledge preferred
