Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze reports, records, and directives for quality improvement functions
• Collaborate with departments to document, investigate, and resolve complaints and appeals
• Evaluate and implement improved procedures to ensure compliance with standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of clinical, quality management, or healthcare-related experience
• 1 year of recent quality improvement and supervisory experience in a healthcare environment
• Current state registered nursing license preferred
• Certification in quality improvement or risk management may be required in certain states
