Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and regulatory guidelines
• Design structural systems and prepare plans, specifications, and estimates for various projects
• Provide technical leadership and support to project teams while managing complex technical issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in California is required
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in civil engineering
• Local experience in Palm Desert, CA, including work with local agencies and/or Caltrans is a plus
