Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Approval Specialist to assist clients throughout the loan process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by assisting borrowers in understanding loan programs and documentation
• Review and audit financial documentation to ensure loan stability and compliance
• Manage a pipeline of various loan types and ensure the best loan structure for borrowers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass LOS is preferred
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
• Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows
