Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician III.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly quality chart reviews of a representative sample or a minimum of two chart reviews
• Meet with assigned Nurse Practitioners to review and discuss chart documentation and quality of care
• Be available for communication during Nurse Practitioners' working hours and serve as a supervising physician

Required Qualifications

• Must be licensed by the California medical board
• Preferred board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
• Ability to complete 8 hours of supervision per month for assigned Nurse Practitioners
• Compliance with applicable laws and NP Collaborative Practice Protocol Agreement
• Liability insurance will be provided for professional services related to supervision and collaboration
