Job Summary

A company is looking for a Board Certified Internal Medicine/Pain Management Physician Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate medical necessity and provide objective assessments for cases
• Conduct Independent Medical Exams (IME) and record reviews
• Deliver evidence-based conclusions and advisory-only opinions without establishing a doctor/patient relationship

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active, unrestricted California Medical License
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pain Management
• Proven experience with Independent Medical Exams (IME) and record reviews
• Ability to synthesize complex medical information
• Ongoing training and support provided for case reviews
