A company is looking for a Litigation Associate Attorney (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate a diverse caseload within insurance defense and related practice areas
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements
• Participate in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation

Qualifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar (required)
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience in relevant practice areas
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a remote caseload independently
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and a home office setup
