Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months or more of training and adult learning or call center experience
• Experience in team building and fostering an inclusive learning environment
• Ability to engage and support trainees with necessary tools and knowledge
• Computer experience with MS Office and learning management systems
