Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the monthly and quarterly financial close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and controls
• Manage team performance and client relationships, addressing escalations and driving governance meetings

Required Qualifications

• CA/CPA Certification is required
• Experience in the Insurance industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of R2R processes, including GL Accounting and Reporting
• Familiarity with investment accounting principles
• Experience in team management and client engagement
