Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bilingual proficiency is preferred
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database-related software applications
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to research regulatory language and assist with compliance planning
• Experience in a call center or similar environment is beneficial
