California Licensed Behavioral Counselor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Intake Counselor / Screening and Linkage Liaison.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of contact for Medi-Cal beneficiaries referred to the Access and Crisis Line
• Conduct behavioral health screenings and provide linkage to appropriate services
• Document interactions and track referrals to ensure effective follow-up and service connection

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in human services (psychology, sociology, etc.) with cleared status from a licensing entity
• 2+ years of post-graduate experience providing direct clinical services
• Experience with diverse populations and various psychological disorders
• Ability to accurately enter clinical information into Medi-Cal beneficiary electronic health records
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
