Develop and strengthen relationships with executive sponsors and program team members to ensure optimal organizational change
Engage with business and IT teams for cross-team collaboration and alignment
Deliver comprehensive change management activities including user engagement, training assessment, and addressing resistance
Required Qualifications
Practical experience with organizational change management, including at least 5 years of relevant experience
Proven expertise in change principles and application; certification is a plus
Technical capability with metrics and analytics
Experience with mergers and acquisitions is preferred
Intermediate graphic design skills for visual storytelling are desirable
