Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Intelligence Manager to lead and optimize enterprise planning and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and enhancement of Oracle EPM Planning applications
• Design and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools
• Manage planning system initiatives and oversee vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in financial systems, enterprise planning, or business intelligence
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle EPM Planning and financial reporting tools
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including budgeting and forecasting
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing global resources
