Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Salesforce implementations
• Act as a liaison between business users and Salesforce technical teams, translating business needs into user stories and functional specifications
• Support Salesforce configuration, customization, testing, and deployment, ensuring data integrity and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 2 years working directly with Salesforce
• Strong understanding of banking operations, customer onboarding, and compliance processes
• Proven experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
