Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst III - Legal (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts data analysis, sourcing and interpreting data for accuracy and efficiencies
• Determines system requirements, communicates specifications, and ensures compliance through testing
• Provides expert technical support for systems and implements enhancements to improve user experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operations Support, or
• High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support
• At least two years of experience in supporting systems for corporate legal departments (preferred)
• Proficiency in SQL, database management, and system integrations
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting
