Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in group benefits
• 5 years of experience in continuous improvement and operational management
• Strong understanding of business operations and process mapping
• Experience with project management and digital solution implementation
• Hands-on experience managing claims or leaves is preferred
