Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in business process and systems analysis
• Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN)
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma - Green Belt preferred)
• Experience with project support and change management
