Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Performance and Metrics Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings to drive metric creation, remediation, and escalation processes
• Gather and define metric business requirements, ensuring clarity in definitions, rationale, and thresholds
• Serve as the central contact for risk partners and ensure alignment with key/core metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of principles and methodologies in relevant professional disciplines
• Experience managing small projects
• Ability to interpret complex information and build consensus among stakeholders
• Knowledge of Information Cyber Security Frameworks is highly desired
