Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Specialist to support Order-to-Cash processes and lifecycle management for assigned business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage setup, tracking, and renewal of customer/partner accounts and orders
  • Process upsell/down sell activities to ensure uninterrupted service and accurate billing
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for contract performance and audits
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in order management or business operations
  • Proficient in data entry and cloud-based business platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce or SAP is a plus
