A company is looking for a Business Operations Manager for Ambulatory Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Consults with management to design business practices that meet administrative and financial goals
• Monitors and assures financial performance, including budget planning and variance reporting
• Provides project management support for the development and implementation of operational processes and systems

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Two years of progressively responsible experience in health care administration or financial analysis
• Experience supervising and training technical or operational support staff
• Knowledge of operational principles and financial management in healthcare
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management and data analysis
