Business Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to support contract project operations and enhance organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track equipment using Quickbase, Prelude, AQ, and communicate with factories
  • Maintain and update Quickbase with equipment tracking and supply orders
  • Assist in project coordination, service, and estimating as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with QuickBase, Prelude, and/or AutoQuotes is desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in a collaborative team environment
  • Willingness to learn various aspects of contract equipment processes
