Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and insights for business decisions
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Generate and maintain regular reports on key business metrics for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in business operations or data analysis
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred; must be willing to complete within the first 2 years
• Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is a plus
• Candidate must reside in the Eastern or Central time zone of the United States
