Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to identify insights and trends in sales data for improved business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze monthly and quarterly reports to support sales team efficiency
• Perform pipeline analysis and deep dive into sales performance data
• Create analyses from complex data sources to inform business decisions and predict future gaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and complex modeling
• 1+ years of experience in operations or data-related fields
• Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools, specifically Salesforce
• Familiarity with advanced analytics tools such as PowerBI is a plus
