Key Responsibilities

• Manage outbound lead flow and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calling
• Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and provide detailed follow-up information
• Document customer interactions and track prospects through Salesforce while meeting daily call quotas

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in ABA as a behavior technician or similar role is required
• Sales experience is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Ability to work productively in a remote environment
• Basic understanding of technologies such as Microsoft Office and business practices
