Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and coordinate a sales team and collaborate with the business development team in India
• Establish new clients and grow existing business relationships while understanding market dynamics
• Generate leads, convert them into new business opportunities, and attend industry events for networking

Required Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
• Prior experience in the Automotive, Automation equipment, and Medical Equipment domains
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
• Experience in nurturing existing accounts and increasing repeat business
• Proven track record in managing client relationships related to commercials and pricing
