Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Data Analyst (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from internal teams and external providers
• Analyze and map source data formats to a Common Data Model (CDM)
• Define KPIs and assist in building dashboards using BI tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst in a healthcare data environment
• Strong knowledge of EDI, CCDA/XML, and FHIR data structures
• Experience with data mapping, transformation logic, and Common Data Models
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or Tableau
