Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Consultant/Supply Chain Consultant (Japanese and English Speaking).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead software implementation projects and support customers in optimizing supply chain and retail planning processes
• Analyze KPIs and customer data to drive decisions and configure tools based on customer requirements
• Deliver training to customer teams and manage change management with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Japanese and full professional proficiency in English
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, retail operations, or business consulting
• Experience in the retail/wholesale sector, particularly grocery or fashion
• Familiarity with supply chain or merchandising planning processes
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related fields is preferred
