Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Business Banking Development & Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to support client onboarding, account openings, and complex service requests
• Achieve Business Banking Deposit, Credit, and Treasury Management targets through proactive portfolio management
• Identify and resolve client issues promptly while ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the Banking Industry
• Business Banking/Commercial credit and treasury management experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED required; advanced degrees preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with client servicing and account maintenance
