Business Analyst with CCaaS Experience

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst with CCaaS experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document detailed business requirements for the Genesys CCaaS launch through collaboration with stakeholders
• Analyze business processes and prepare comprehensive requirements documentation, including user stories and functional specifications
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a contact center or CCaaS environment
• Strong knowledge of Genesys CCaaS or similar contact center solutions
• Proficiency in documenting business requirements and process flows
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is preferred
