Job Summary

A company is looking for a Configuration Business Analyst to support platform and configuration needs in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for provider data and claims platforms, troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Gather and document system requirements, conducting gap analyses to improve workflows and business processes
• Ensure data integrity and quality assurance through regular audits and testing of system changes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare, Business, Computer Science, or Mathematics
• 5+ years of experience with core platform systems in a healthcare-related setting
• Experience with Health Rules Payer and provider data profiles
• Hands-on experience in health plan building and system administration
• Familiarity with healthcare operations, including claims adjudication and provider management processes
