Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator-Broker Dealer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and service new accounts, deposits, and retirement contributions in a broker/dealer environment
  • Provide customer service and resolve inquiries for advisors, clients, and internal business partners
  • Support operational projects and cross-train in various areas to assist during peak times
Required Qualifications
  • Two years plus related experience in a financial services environment
  • Knowledge of NetX360, Pershing, or general broker/dealer operations preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Desire to obtain Series 7 license within six months of hire
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
