Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues across the ecosystem
• Support users running Nextflow-based workflows and custom pipelines
• Collaborate with team members to triage and resolve complex technical challenges

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Familiarity with Nextflow or other workflow management systems
• Experience with bioinformatics pipelines in an academic or professional setting
• Comfortable working in a Linux command-line environment and with scripting languages like Bash or Python
• Curiosity to learn about cloud platforms and containerization
